Last updated: June 24, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Gather Y'all, a private family-website service operated by JCA Operations LLC ("we", "us").

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create or administer a family site. Family administrators may add profiles for relatives, including minors, on their family's behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Your family's site & content

You and your family members own the content you add (profiles, photos, posts, events). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for your family. We do not sell your content or use it to train external models.

3. Acceptable use

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for violations.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per family (one flat price, not per person). Plans may include a storage allotment, with paid upgrades for additional storage. Fees, renewal terms, and any trial are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

5. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation we provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
